Susan Nutgrass

Sue oversees the day-to-day operations in the Iowa lab. With Midwest Labs since 1995, Sue directs her team to provide personalized customer service and exceptional product quality. She enjoys hiking, listening to jazz and spending time with her family.

Carla Ball

Carla has been with Midwest Labs since 1980. She is in charge of the data entry department and ordering and receiving lens inventory. Carla enjoys camping and spending time with her family.

Randy Hazen

Randy oversee's the production lab which includes surface, finish and AR coating facility. He has been involved in the optical industry since 1995. Randy enjoys spending time with friends and family and spends most of that watching his two boys grow and learn.

Jennie Tupper

Jennie joined Midwest Labs in 1992 and her job responsibilities include attaining new accounts, internal customer retention and marketing programs for the lab. In her free time, Jennie enjoys eating with her husband and friends, sport activities, watching movies and playing with her three boys.

Jennifer Jones

Jennifer's responsibilities encompass a variety of jobs including Accounts Payable and Receivable, monthly financial reporting and daily invoice reconciliation. Jennifer joined Midwest Labs in 1999 and enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors.

Deb Bingham

Deb returned to Midwest in August 2000. She does account credits, Hilco/Grobet ordering and billing, vendor filing and statement reconciliations. Deb enjoys reading, gardening, and being a grandma.

Karen Knudson

Karen joined Midwest Labs in 2007 and her responsibilities are to ensure excellent customer service and oversee all orders so that they are completed and shipped in a timely manner. She enjoys camping, fishing, hiking and spending time with her family.

Cindy Flickinger

Cindy joined Midwest Labs in October of 2007 as an Account Representative in Customer Service. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, singing and collecting antiques.

Rose Wood

Rose joined Midwest Labs in 1990 and has worked in many area's of production before settling into Customer Service. She enjoys spending time with her son, being outside, watching movies, cooking and eating.

Helene Norman

Helene joined Midwest Labs in 2010 and her responsibilities include customer service, data entry and frame ordering. Helene enjoys hiking, picnics, and spending time with her family.

Kevin Kessler

Kevin joined Midwest Labs in August 2009 and his responsibilities include maintaining and servicing the current customer base, acquiring new business and working various trade shows. Implementing marketing programs and promotions for the Chicago lab as well as managing the customer service team. Kevin has been working in optics since 2007.

Robert Pretzie

Robert oversees the day-to-day operations of the Chicago Lab. He began working in retail & wholesale optics in 1984 and joined Midwest Labs in 2002. Robert involves himself hands on in every aspect of the lab working closely with his staff to ensure consistent quality and service to his customers.

Jose Mexquitic

Jose joined Midwest Labs in July 2003 and his responsibilities include working hands on and overseeing all aspects of production from his crew. Jose is highly skilled in all our processes and takes great pride in the work and quality he and his staff produce.

Cindy Stallas

Cindy joined Midwest Labs in November 2003 and she runs the inventory department. Her responsibilities include lens ordering and receiving, verifying order accuracy and lens returns.

Vanessa Perez

Vanessa joined Midwest Labs in February 1999 and her responsibilities include managing her accounts, data entry, inventory, credits, tray up, wrap up and frame packages.

Maria Espino

Maria joined Midwest Labs in October 2000 and her responsibilities include managing her accounts, tray up, wrap up, credits, tracing and bills shipping. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Larry Garrison

Larry joined Midwest labs in October 2002 and his responsibilities include managing his accounts, shipping, tray up, wrap up, credits and tracing. He has over 14 year's retail optical experience and enjoys movies, and interactive entertainment.
